Upcoming Classes
Individual courses run live online via Microsoft Teams, 9:00am–4:30pm ET (lunch 12:00–1:00), with a 2-hour follow-up session about 30 days later. AI-Empowered SAFe® cohorts run in person at your office. Registration closes 15 days before each class. Prices and full details are on each course page.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
- Registration closes 15 days before class.
- Each class needs a minimum of 3 students (maximum 20). Ten days before class we confirm whether it runs; classes that meet the minimum are marked Guaranteed to Run.
- Cancel 14 or more days before class: full refund.
- Cancel within 14 days of class: no refund, but you may transfer once, free of charge, to another date within 12 months. Additional transfers are $50 each.
- Can’t attend? You may send a colleague in your place at no charge; just let us know before class.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund; a transfer to another date is available for $50.
- If we cancel a class (including when the minimum isn’t met), you choose a full refund or a free transfer.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
AI-Empowered SAFe® cohorts are private, in-person classes at your office with flat tier pricing, so the class-size minimum doesn’t apply.
Before Class
What you’ll need: a laptop. That’s it.
What you’ll receive: class instructions and a prompt engineering toolkit to use within your own organization.
Attending on behalf of your organization? Please use only your company’s approved, closed-loop AI tools during class simulations.
